We provide real estate and short term rental education, consulting, and related materials. Offerings may change or discontinue at any time.

You must be 18+ to purchase or enroll.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at purchase. All sales are final. If an in person class has fewer than five attendees, we may postpone it and offer a refund or a credit toward a future class.

4. No Guarantees

We share strategies and examples for educational purposes only; we do not guarantee income, ROI, occupancy, or outcomes. Results vary by effort, property, and market conditions.

5. IP & License

All content (videos, slides, templates, logos) is LuxDwell’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non transferable license for your own use only. No resale, distribution, or public posting without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxDwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
